  • Bandar Nusajaya

This on-going project is located in Gelang  Patah, Johor Darul Takzim and is being developed by Prolink Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM World Bhd. This development is sprawled over more than 10,000 acres and its key development components include the Johor State and Federal Administrative Centers, an education hub, a medical city and a business park.

 

  • Bayu Marina

30 acres plot of Development Land located adjoining the on-going mixed development scheme of Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim for Messrs Sunmax Sdn Bhd.

 

  • Bandar Bistari Perdana

A mainly mixed residential development located in Pasir Gudang, Johor Darul Takzim. This project covers approximately 1,500 acres in size and is developed by Redez Properties Sdn Bhd. Asettz was appointed as the property consultant and sole marketing agent. As the property consultant, Asettz was commissioned to conduct a feasibility study on the entire proposed development.

 

  • Bio-XCell Biotechnology Park

A premier biotechnology park and ecosystem dedicated to healthcare and industrial biotechnology spanning 160 acres within the Iskandar region of Malaysia and is being developed by Malaysian Bio-XCell Sdn Bhd. It is located within Southern Industrial Logistics Clusters (SiLC), Nusajaya, Johor Darul Takzim. 

 

  • Taman Bayu Marina

A waterfront residential development situated along the Tebrau River banks next to Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru. The development consists of bungalow vacant lots, semi-detached and terraced residential houses, apartments and a clubhouse. Asettz was commissioned to conduct a market study for the development for the purpose of obtaining funds.

Asettz Agency division handles the sales and marketing of commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties. Our sales teams are academically qualified, experienced and highly knowledgeable in the marketing of real-estate properties from residential units to modern office towers to golf courses. Our extensive networking has enabled us to swiftly identify and filter qualified buyers or sellers on the local and international market.
